Going to a salon to have a hair cut is a normal thing but it would certainly gain public interest if it involved the daughter of Michael Jackson.

According to reports, 11-year old Paris Jackson had her first public hair cut which prompted the media to do the research the salon she went through.

It can be remembered that the late “King of Pop” had expressed disapproval to have his daughter’s hair cut in public for fear that these hairs would be stolen and tested for DNA. In the past, a British actor claimed that he’s the real father of Paris.

Despite the public hair cut event, Paris Jackson was said to have been monitored under tight security in Las Vegas.

After the young girl had her hair cut, the guards immediately removed the hair from the floor to avoid salon employees or other customers to get hold of it. In fact, one TV reporter who happened to be at the venue said that the truth might have been unveiled if someone got hold of the hair and had it tested.

A beautician was reportedly hired by police officials in Dhaka, Bangladesh to conduct a seminar specifically on beauty tips to new police recruits in an effort to make these new officers more confident when it comes to dealing with the public.

According to reports, Kaniz Almas Khan will be giving lessons to more than a hundred police recruits in an academy located in the northwest region of Bangladesh. Khan owns beauty salons in Dhaka and in neighboring Thailand.

She shared that she was pleasantly surprised when asked to conduct the class because a lot of people are now starting to become more conscious about their appearance. She added that male police officers are now starting to make effort in looking good. She’ll be providing tips on what colors would set them, types of perfume that would fit and many more.

Mazharul Haque, the Sharda Police Academy Chief Officer, said that the class would aid new hires in terms of improving their confidence by improving their appearance. He’s glad to have gotten one of the country’s top beauticians to give beauty tips to the new recruits, adding that being properly groomed matters.

A beauty parlor established specifically for kids sparked political outrage in Scotland as parents and politicians alike denounce such a move to beautify kids who basically don’t care about their looks at such as young age.

The Members of the Scottish Parliament believe that Tantrims and Tiaras salon has gone overboard when it decided to offer complete makeovers, alcohol-free champagnes and fake tattoos to the kids. According to one of the officials, this creates a trend of “sexualizing” young children.

They believe that the pressure can cause stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and eating disorders to the kids. Fellow MSP Margaret Mitchell said that kids should not worry about their physical looks for now and just enjoy their childhood like the way it should be.
